TMG needed to attract and retain new advisors in an ultra-competitive commercial real estate market. Traditional HR-driven recruiting wasn’t breaking through—candidates weren’t seeing what made TMG different, and the pipeline lacked consistency.
I repositioned recruiting as a marketing function. We developed a candidate value proposition that reflected TMG’s collaborative culture, created a new suite of recruiting materials (including a career brochure, earnings flyer, video content, and fair banners), and launched authentic messaging that directly addressed candidates’ priorities. On the backend, I developed a repeatable system to align outreach, follow-up, and candidate engagement.
Recruiting shifted from a reactive, seat-filling process to a brand-driven strategy. TMG now has a stronger market story, more engaged applicants, and a pipeline of candidates aligned with the firm’s values and long-term growth goals.
