I provided full-cycle support in refining, promoting, and maintaining PPM’s service line offerings, including strategy, collateral development, sales enablement, and client education programs. I developed diverse and engaging content such as case studies, social media, webinars, and thought leadership programs to demonstrate service line benefits and value proposition. I also designed and executed targeted promotional campaigns, selecting the optimal channels to reach the audience.
