Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors division struggled to establish an identity in a crowded, competitive landscape. I partnered with senior leadership to develop a brand voice and visual style that was targeted, sophisticated, and unique. To support the rollout to the advisor teams, I delivered new sales collateral, marketing templates, advertising, event marketing, and an innovative client-facing website. My work also provided materials to help attract, recruit, and retain top investment sales professionals to the organization.
