CBRE: Americas Summit

Created a strong venue for sales professionals to meet with clients and colleagues to close deals and foster future partnerships. 

I led the bi-annual CBRE Americas Summit, uniting 2,500+ attendees for education and networking. Managing a $4M budget, I oversaw strategy, planning, and execution across a two-year timeline, coordinating site selection, vendors, agendas, speakers, and sponsorships. Our event highlighted training and new initiatives, aligned with our corporate strategy, and surpassed attendance and sponsorship targets while staying under budget. Post-event surveys from attendees and sponsors praised the summit’s success.
