Built and managed an efficient, creative centralized marketing team and programs, including advertising, video, marketing automation, property marketing, and lead generation and development. 2014 to 2015. Revamped global intranet via Microsoft SharePoint, tailoring content by user location, business line, and role. Facilitated collaboration for 44,000 staff across 40+ nations. Replaced 30 disparate intranets on 10 platforms, streamlining 50K pages and 1M docs. Pre-launch benchmarks exceeded with 50%+ user engagement in two weeks. Enabled seamless content management, transforming prior chaos for authors, publishers, and users. Empowered superior communications and messaging capabilities.
